2. Subion and Trial Period

We offer multiple subion options, including free, monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans, all of which include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, access to the system requires subion activation based on your chosen plan.


3. Billing and Cancellation Policy

  • Subions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not available unless explicitly stated or required by law.
  • Users are responsible for canceling subions to avoid future charges.


4. Data Security and Privacy

  • CoreHR Asia employs industry-standard encryption to protect user data.
  • Users retain ownership of their data stored on the platform.
  • Limited third-party access may be required for integrations or troubleshooting.
  • CoreHR Asia reserves the right to comply with law enforcement authorities in the event of illegal activity involving the system.


5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing accounts or login credentials.
  • Using the system for illegal purposes.
  • Exceeding subion plan limits without appropriate upgrades.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.


6. Limitations of Liability

  • CoreHR Asia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • The system is provided “as is,” and CoreHR Asia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its use.


7. Modifications and Updates

CoreHR Asia reserves the right to modify features, pricing, or these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of the system after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.


8. Dispute Resolution
